Mind & Movement

Tuesdays, 6-7.15pm - The Henley Yoga Studio

Calm the movement of the mind with mindful movement of the body.

This class features Qigong, breath work & meditation. Suitable for all. Qigong can help calm an agitated mind, release negative emotions, strengthen the nerves, clear energy blocks and make you healthy. The class is relaxed and fun but serious about helping you nurture a Qigong and meditation practice.

Address:-
The Henley Yoga Studio, 2a Friday Street, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 1AH

Please book your place on a weekly basis - the best way to do this is text me on 07789 766826. The cost is £12 drop-in or you can buy a block which works out £10/class (please contact me for further information). The studio is fully equipped so you don't need to bring anything. Casual clothing or your sports kit!

Coming up in February - a 4 hour workshop to deepen your Qigong techniques. There will be a focus on the fundamentals to deepen your practice and learn the full Shi Ba Shi routine in one session. The session will feature breathing techniques, Qigong, self-massage and meditation.

I offer corporate group or individual sessions. I will tailor a session to best suit your requirements and time. 1/2 DAY WEEKEND WORKSHOP
EARLY FEB
…feelings like disappointment, embarrassment, irritation, resentment, anger, jealousy, and fear, instead of being bad news, are actually very clear moments that teach us where it is that we’re holding back. They teach us to perk up and lean in when we feel we’d rather collapse and back away. They’re like messengers that show us, with terrifying clarity, exactly where we’re stuck. This very moment is the perfect teacher, and, lucky for us, it’s with us wherever we are.
